Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received. Personalized and custom-made items may require additional processing time.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times vary depending on the product and destination:

Personalized & Custom Products

We cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Keepsake Home Co. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
Multiple Shipments
Because we partner with multiple suppliers, items ordered together may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system.
